Congratulations on becoming a Spartan!
We are incredibly excited to meet you! In order to register for classes, new students must attend a mandatory orientation session called Orientation Part 1 - Getting Started: Preparing for Advising and Registration.
Review our full enrollment checklist to get the big picture.
Orientation Part 1 Overview
The orientation at Northampton Community College is a 100% virtual, 45-minute Zoom call. You'll learn about sending in your transcripts, completing your FAFSA, logging into your Student Workday account, accessing your NCC email, and more. When possible, we recommend that students join these sessions from a computer or laptop rather than a mobile device.
We strongly encourage incoming dual-enrollment students to complete the dual-enrollment version of Orientation Part 1. Sign up via the form on this page.
- If the dual enrollment orientation dates don't fit your schedule, you can attend a traditional orientation part 1 session (sign up here). Please note that those sessions will not cater to dual-enrollment student needs, but you will receive information specific to dual enrollment after attending orientation.
