NCC's Craft Distillery Specialized Diploma program covers everything from the fundamentals of distillation operations, to quality control and sensory analysis. Learn craft fermentation production, beverage data analytics, craft beverage sales and distribution, and compliance. Program includes an experiential-learning practicum with an approved craft beverage facility.
During our info session, we'll cover the application process and have faculty members available to answer any program-specific questions.
