Sign Up: Medical Assistant Program Orientations

Are you planning to enroll in your first Medical Assistant program courses?

All students beginning Medical Assistant program courses are required to complete a Medical Assistant Program Orientation prior to course registration.

During program orientations, important course and requirement information will be reviewed. Medical Assistant students cannot register for Medical Assistant courses or access myRecordTracker until they have completed this program orientation. Program Orientations will last approximately 2 hours and are hosted online via Zoom.

This program orientation is separate from the Orientation Part 1 that new NCC students are required to complete. If you are a first-time NCC student, be sure that you are also completing that required orientation.

If you plan on taking the Medical Assistant program on a part-time basis, please contact Admissions. You can apply to the Healthcare Office Coordinator AAS program while taking courses toward the Medical Assistant Program. Once you are ready to take the Medical Assistant Techniques courses, you may apply to the Medical Assistant program and begin obtaining your requirements at that time.

Use the form on this page to RVSP for a Medical Assistant program orientation. Available program orientation dates are listed in the drop down at the top of the form. We strongly recommend completing this step as soon as possible.

If no dates are listed, contact our Admissions team for next steps - 610.861.5300 or adminfo@northampton.edu.
